As our HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the business objectives of MetriQA by partnering with businesses to develop and execute HR strategies that enable the organization to attract, develop and retain top talent for exciting consulting projects.

What You Offer
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a consulting or financial services environment
• Flexible, proactive, and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Experience in employee engagement initiatives and talent sourcing for consulting projects is a plus
• Well-versed in English; Dutch is a plus
